Meet the founder
Twyla is the founder of TWYLA & CO. and the colorist behind the salon’s name. She built the chair into a small, hand-picked team of artists who all share one belief: every formula should be mixed for the person in front of you, not the look in a magazine.
From The Platinum Card to a fresh balayage to a wedding-day up-do, Twyla’s work is what brings clients back, year after year — and what makes new clients feel like regulars on the first visit.

Each of our artists takes their own clients and builds their own book. When you book with one of us, you book with us all — we share notes, formulas, and a standard.
Master Colorist • Master Stylist
Rod is both a Master Colorist and a Master Stylist, which means he’ll see the cut and the color as one shape, not two appointments. He’s the artist clients book when they want to walk in with one look and walk out with a different one.
Master Colorist • Fine Hair Expert
Holly specializes in the kind of work fine hair needs — baby-lights, soft root smudges, and color that adds dimension without weight. If your hair has ever felt “flat” after a salon visit, you’re probably looking for Holly’s chair.
Lash Artist
Alexis is the salon’s in-house Lash Artist — full sets, fills, and the daily “I just want to feel a little more put together” touch-ups. Easy to schedule alongside a color or cut so you’re only sitting in one chair on the day of an event.

The artists at TWYLA & CO. share their training, their formulas, and their honest opinions — so the person sitting in any of our chairs is always getting the whole team’s best work.
Every decision in the salon — from booking to formulating — runs through the same filter: what does this person actually want, and how do we get them there.
Our artists train on the lines we carry — Milbon, Kevin Murphy, Olaplex — so the technique behind the look is always current, not just the look itself.
